Let’s find out.
Morning
I started out looking for something interesting to read while I let the test suite at work run. I stumbled across this Why is the human body so crap except for the liver? which I found fascinating.
It would be nice to be able to sleep in as long as my son does. I was up at 5:00am. He stumbled out at 8:30am.
Why did I think buying fish oil gummies was a good idea? I like taking my vitamins in gummy form. This might be the exception to that rule.
I’ve been slowly working on some improvements to my micro.blog client. Today was adding in some webmentions support. Ultimately I decided to keep it to what micro.blog supports for now and not add in a server. Mainly because if I let others use it, then that is one more headache to maintain. But I think the UI is coming out nice.

Afternoon
With lunch in hand I wandered through Descriptive Experience Sampling Codebook Manual of Terminology and I had the bright idea of trying to track my own inner experience. Which, because I’m me, prompted my to start conceptualizing an app that beeped at random intervals. Then as soon as it went off I could jot down my thought(s) at that moment. Then later I could try and bucket the experiences. I’ve added it to my “Someday” list.
Once again waiting on test suite I started reading It Got to My Field led me to reading Yes, Claude can do Nine Loops which was interesting. It makes me want to dust off some of the physics cobwebs that I’ve accumulated.
Counting calories is annoying. I’m hungry.
I wrote a nice index card listing all the things I want to get done before my Monday meeting with my boss… uh oh… that’s a lot of items.
I actually noticed the silence while I worked to day. So I put on the soundtrack from “It’s okay not to be okay” which is a K-drama I enjoyed on Netflix.
Evening
Should I write in present tense or past tense… No clue.
I have doubts I’ll finish sewing the applique onto my tai chi uniform, but I won’t know for certain unless I continue onward!
My husband and I pulled out the shared calendar and spent way too long trying to figure out how we can get two kids to all the things. We can… it just adds in about eight extra hours of driving during the work week. Sigh….
I’m going to eat ice cream and watch some “IT Crowd”, I watched it years ago and enjoyed it. It’s still pretty funny.
Oh… I should probably take a selfie too.
